# WEX/EFS

### Prerequisites

Before starting, make sure you have:

* An active **EFS/WEX account**
* Access to the **EFS eManager portal**
* Admin permissions to manage **Channel Partner data sharing**

### Step 1 — Log Into EFS eManager

1. Open the **EFS eManager** portal in your browser
2. Log in using your company administrator credentials

### Step 2 — Open Channel Partners Settings

From the main navigation:

1. Click **Select Program**
2. Choose:

**Data Sharing Preferences**

### Step 3 — Navigate to Data Sharing Preferences

Inside the **Channel Partners** section:

* Locate the page labeled:

**Channel Partners → Data Sharing Preferences**

This page shows all currently connected sharing partners.

### Step 4 — Add Rute as a Data Sharing Partner

To enable integration:

1. Find the dropdown labeled:

**Data Share Partner**

2. Open the dropdown list
3. Select:

**Rute Inc**

4. Click the **Add** button

This authorizes EFS/WEX to begin sharing transaction data with Rute. EFSWEX for carrier - Guide - Go…

### Step 5 — Confirm Rute is Listed as an Active Partner

After adding, verify that **Rute Inc** appears in the partner table below.

The table will show:

* Partner Name
* User
* Date Added
* Remove option

### Important Notes

#### Data Authorization

By adding Rute Inc, you are authorizing WEX/EFS to share transaction-related data with our platform.

WEX remains responsible only for transmitting the data, while usage is governed by your service agreement.

#### Processing Time

EFS/WEX may require up to:

**5 business days**

for the data sharing feed to become fully active.

### Troubleshooting

If you do not see **Rute Inc** in the dropdown list:

* Confirm you are logged in with admin permissions
* Contact your EFS/WEX representative for channel partner access

If integration does not activate after 5 business days:

* Reach out to Rute Support with:
  * Your company name
  * Date when Rute was added
  * Screenshot of the partner list

### Integration Complete

Once **Rute Inc** is added as an approved data sharing partner, your carrier account is ready for EFS/WEX integration with our service.
